It’s your journey. But it’s nice to have friends along for the ride.

What is the service like?

Our services are traditional, but never stuffy. Normally, Sunday service includes music, a call to worship you are encouraged to participate in, scripture, special music, prayer and message by our pastor Donna Hopkins Britt. There’s also a fair amount of talking and visiting. Sound like a lot to do in an hour? It is, but we generally do.

When you enter the sanctuary, you’ll get a church bulletin that is pretty helpful for the first time visitor…kind of like a scorecard for the day’s service.

When in doubt, do what everybody else is doing. You’ll be comfortable in no time.

What can I do with my kids?

We all gather in the sanctuary at the beginning of worship, A children’s message is offered near the beginning of the service, after which children through Grade 2 are welcome to go to Children’s Church. PraiseKids for Grades 3-5 is offered the 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month. Nursery is provided. Children are also offered the option of staying in the sanctuary with their parents if they prefer.

We also offer special programs for youth including our Student Ministry. Our weekly meetings will be from 5-7 p.m. Sundays and include a snack supper.
